Ignalpha is ruler of the deitific world and strives for balance and order.  Historically, tournaments and contests are his favored means of coming to a single conclusion, so long as the rules are followed.  Few clerics worship him directly, but instead all clerics of all deities worship him to some degree as the creator of their deity and pray he will turn the balance of power in their favor. Clerics of Ignalpha do not have to share his alignment, as he welcomes all, and they may also choose a secondary deity of whom they may closer relate. In 3.5, a cleric who choses a secondary deity in this way may chose a second domain from the other deity's list as if it were part of Ignalpha's. In 5E, a cleric who choses a secondary deity in this way may chose their devine domain from either Ignalpha's or their secondary deity's lists of domains. Ignalpha's most commonly used symbol is the Budding Plant, a symbol of creation. But many other symbos exist for him, symbolizing the many facets of the god of gods.
