Craft (Int., Taken Individually)
To quote the Player's Handbook 3.5 p70, "A Craft skill is specifically focused on creating something. If nothing is created by the endeavor, it probably falls under the heading of a Profession skill (page 80)". This has to be one of the most common mistakes in DnD. I see character sheets all the time with Craft skills as both crafts and professions or totally mixed up, and worst of all, I don't always catch it.
I've created these skill re-definitions almost solely for these skills, but of course skills are just one more area for customization.
Alchemy
Normal-----Mundane Alchemical liquids and items
