Cede's followers are the rarely and hopefully never seen killers of the night and shadow.  His name tends to be synonymous with the boogeyman to children. Some say he took so many lives, the deities ascended him to divine status just to end the bloodshed. His symbol, the bloody dagger, is symbolic of this theory.
